It is said “to who much is given, much is required.” Aiming High since five years old, Kenyatta Ruffin is a combat-proven aerospace and military professional who knows how to succeed. From first piloting a plane at 13 years old to becoming an F-16 fighter pilot, following in the footsteps of his heroes the Tuskegee Airmen, to being selected as a White House Fellow, Kenyatta has set and achieved his goals — and is committed to helping you do the same.
 
Nationally recognized as an inspirational thought leader and awarded for his philanthropic efforts in founding Legacy Flight Academy, Kenyatta is a career military officer committed to service. After becoming a “Jedi Knight” as a graduate of the US Army’s prestigious School of Advanced Military Studies, he has twice served as a strategist in the Pentagon and was hand-selected as the strategic advisor to help establish the Office of the National Cyber Director. 

Kenyatta uses the leadership and organizational skills he mastered in these and other demanding roles to empower you to reach new levels of success.

Happily married for over twenty years, Kenyatta is an also a dedicated husband and father. He and his wife homeschool their six children in Northern Virginia as he is now a Colonel in the Air Force Reserves and commercial airline pilot for one of the largest carriers in the world. Grounded in the understanding that success extends beyond professional achievements, Kenyatta brings a personable approach to all of his engagements.
